In Death Dice Overdose, the Gods are Gambling with your life, and showering dice from the sky. You are in control of a businessman at a bus stop, who is caught in the midst of the dangerous storm, and must dodge the precipitation whilst collecting pills that reduce stress. In addition to normal dice, the player must avoid or exploit special dice that produce a random effect, such as instantly spawning more pills or creating a brief explosion. The player’s objective is to dodge the dice for as long as possible without dying from traumatic shock, being killed by a falling object, or being killed by a random trap. When the player collects enough pills in the midst of gameplay, there is a chance of achieving an overdose, in which the entire background of the game becomes distorted into a more colorful atmosphere.
