Players face off against the Lies Fish, the main antagonist from the creepy lost episode story. In the original creepypasta, the Lies Fish torments Spongebob as he heads to work, driving him to take strange medication that makes his health rapidly decline—his eyes bleed and his skin starts rotting. Though the fish disappears after the intro, it’s blamed for Spongebob’s later violent breakdown. The Lies Fish looks like a realistic orange damselfish with pitch-black eyes.
