This time, players step back into a corrupted version of Sonic’s world, where familiar characters feel twisted and unpredictable, setting the tone for a more intense rap battle experience. The mod opens with the song “Thriller Gen,” where Boyfriend faces Rewrite, a corrupted take on Sonic who has become well known through Sonic creepypasta stories. Rewrite is not just another rival—his unsettling behavior and design make the battle feel tense from the first notes. The challenge grows even stronger in the second song, “Trinity,” which brings multiple opponents into the spotlight, including Majin Sonic, Sonic.exe Lord X, and Rewrite himself. Round 2 is an official update to the original FNF Sonic Rewrite mod. Instead of simply adding new tracks, the developers reworked the original songs in several styles.
