Soil Toughness: Tougher soil types use more stamina per dig. Power Stat: Every point of Power reduces stamina cost by 1 (minimum of 1). Pickaxes: Equip pickaxes to increase Power and reduce stamina usage further.  Durability System Pickaxes: Lose durability only when actively helping (i.e. reducing stamina cost). If soil is already at minimum stamina cost without a pickaxe, durability is not affected. Footwear: Durability decreases gradually as you dig.
