Released for the Game Boy Advance on October 7, 2003, this game is based on the film of the same name, which is the third and final traditionally-animated film in The Lion King franchise. THQ handled distribution in Europe, and the game launched four months prior to the film’s debut. In this game, players embark on a journey as Timon and Pumbaa to discover Hakuna Matata. The gameplay is divided into three modes: Solo, Cooperative, and Team. In Solo mode, players choose to control either Timon or Pumbaa to navigate through levels. Cooperative mode requires players to alternate between the two characters, utilizing their unique abilities to solve puzzles and complete tasks.
